4 Seed Gomasio Sprinkle
2 cups sesame seeds 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/8 cup flax seeds 2 TBSP fennel seeds 1/4 cup dried seaweed (dulse, arame, or hijiki) 1 TBSP sea salt or to taste
In a large skillet, preferably cast iron, toast seeds and seaweed over medium heat until seeds stop popping. Add salt. Allow to cool completely, then grind in blender or food processor until seeds are ground but still a little rough. Sprinkle on any food where you would ordinarily use salt.
I love a GLT – a tomato, lettuce, and gomasio sandwich – a great bacon substitute.

That recipe is looking very delicious and I would try this at home. I have seen this type recipe for the first time which is made up of many seeds like sunflower and seasame.
