Ordering Info
We accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. In order for us to deliver your
merchandise in the fastest way possible we ask that you please be sure to fill
out all of the information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted
your online order you will be notified immediately that it has securely reached
our office and will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Please Note: Orders placed with Check or Money Order payment option will not be shipped until we receive the check or money order in the mail.

Ordering By Mail
You can place an order through the mail by making a check or money order in U. S. funds only, payable to
Jade & Pearl, P.O. Box 1106, Hawthorne, FL 32640.
Please note: There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks.
Ordering By Telephone
For phone orders, please have your complete credit card information and order
ready.

For phone orders we only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
For our international customers outside of the U.S. please call (386) 684-3217.
Ordering By Fax
For fax orders please click on the following link to Print
the Order Form. Please include your correct billing address,
telephone number, credit card information, including expiration date and
signature.

International Orders
Cost and delivery time for shipping and handling on international orders varies according to location. Orders under 4 pounds and $400.00 will be shipped USPS First-Class International. Orders over 4 pounds and $400.00 will be shipped USPS Priority International. Insurance is required for larger orders and is included in the cost of shipping.
If you feel the shipping charges are too high, or if you do not want to ship through the recommended carrier we choose, you can cancel the order immediately or contact us by phone or email to inquire about other shipping carriers.
Jade & Pearl, Inc. is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation email sent to you, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame stated. All countries, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Jade & Pearl and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities.
Add-ons
We will gladly accept Add-ons if you contact us before your order is shipped out. The request should be sent as quickly as possible because we often fill orders immediately after receiving them. Because we do not keep your credit card info on file payment information must be resubmitted. If the order has already been sent you will have to place a new order online or by calling us. Even if you placed your original order days before it always doesn't hurt to try!
Backorders
Occasionally we run short of stock on particular items and issue a
"Backorder" on your invoice. In this instance we will issue a backorder
notice that clearly explains that your item will ship once our stock
replenishes. Fulfillment of backorders generally takes 1-2 weeks.

protection. Credit card numbers are encrypted over a secure connection and
decoded only by Jade & Pearl, so you can feel safe shopping with us.
Privacy
We here at Jade
& Pearl respect your privacy, and are committed to
protecting your personal information at all costs.
We never share or sell your personal information to any
outside agency. We collect personal information when you
register for our free newsletter or purchase products
through our website.
When you purchase products we ask for your name, email
address, physical address, zip code, phone numbers, and
credit card information expressly for processing your
order. This information will not appear on our website
except to be verified at the time of your transaction, nor
will it be displayed later or shared with any other party.
All information is strictly confidential.
Jade & Pearl may collect the following information
from your web browser: your IP address, cookie
information, and the page you request. This
information is used to add products to your shopping cart
and help prevent credit card fraud, to insure a secure
shopping experience for our customers.
Jade & Pearl uses information for the following
